We hold the view that whatever nature gives willingly should be accepted as its blessings and nature should not be forced to give more.
Therefore no harmful pesticides, insecticides or fungicides are sprayed on the produce.
No hormone sprays are utilized to increase produce size.
We firmly believe that produce should remain on the plant as long as possible. This maximizes the nutrients in the produce which are on a decline due to various factors.
Therefore the produce is plucked only after customer order is received and we strive to deliver within 4 hours of plucking.

ABOUT the Founder
LiveTokri farm was founded in India by Arvind Agarwal after more than a decade of globe-trotting, designing and building next generation IP/MPLS Internet backbone networks@Cisco during the Internet revolution of the 2000s for many esteemed Telecom service providers across US, Japan and Latin America.
Growing plants is a childhood passion of Arvind. He loved climbing trees and plucking ripe wild mangoes during school summer vacations at his grandfather's farm. His travels around the globe reinforced the family's interest in healthy produce and foods.

Why Strawberries ?
Strawberries are one of the very few fresh berries that can be grown successfully in India. However there is low market penetration due to non-availability of freshly plucked berries. Unfortunately strawberry is also one of the crops most contaminated with harmful pesticides, insecticides and fungicides.
